Otero County Jail Visitation Hours

The Otero County Jail uses the external Telmate system to schedule inmate visits. The process can be accomplished online or by visiting the Otero County Jail to use a Telmate kiosk. If you visit the Otero County Jail in person, you must bring your state ID or driver’s license. The Otero County Jail discourages scheduling visits at the last minute since all scheduled visits are subject to a 12-hour waiting period during which the Otero County Jail inmate must confirm the visit.
