Bay County Jail Visitation Hours

The Bay County Jail uses the external Telmate system to schedule inmate visits. The process can be accomplished online or by visiting the Bay County Jail to use a Telmate kiosk. If you visit the Bay County Jail in person, you must bring your state ID or driver’s license. The Bay County Jail discourages scheduling visits at the last minute since all scheduled visits are subject to a 34-hour waiting period during which the Bay County Jail inmate must confirm the visit. However, if an inmate does not confirm, the Bay County Jail will not allow you to visit.

Bay County Jail allows inmates to receive visitors from Monday to Thursday during these periods: 10 AM to 7 PM. Every inmate can only have up to two 20-minutes visits per week for one hour of visitation time. A maximum of 2 visitors can attend each visitation session. The Bay County Jail encourages all visitors to arrive early in case delays, changes arise, or additional paperwork is required.
