The Union County Jail uses the external Telmate system to schedule inmate visits. The process can be accomplished online or by visiting the Union County Jail to use a Telmate kiosk. If you visit the Union County Jail in person, you must bring your state ID or driver’s license. The Union County Jail discourages scheduling visits at the last minute since all scheduled visits are subject to a 30-hour waiting period during which the Union County Jail inmate must confirm the visit.
